Mark - I think I like this better than the first one where shot down on them. With this one you got down to the frogs level just like you would do if you were doing a portrature of a small child... it just makes for a better shot.

Thanks. The first time they were sitting at about a 45 downwards on a rock and I was trying to max out DOF but I totally agree. In comparison I actually really don't like the prior shot.

+1 I like the low angle. I would also like to see a version with the background cleaned up. I think it would make a very nice print.

I was in New York for work this past week. I ended up only having time to shoot as I walked up to Penn Station to catch the train. But here are a few:

I saw an effect on a shot someone took of Boston of what I think was extremely high clarity/vibrance, but slightly desaturated. Here is my attempt to emulate it:

What would you do to clean up the background? I have CS5 but am close to being PS illiterate!
