Rt. 1 will be a nice route during nice weather and you'll be taken through some nice towns. Campden is a ritzy area that offers a nice coastal view and nice stores along the road for you to visit- similar to Bar Harbor but on a smaller scale.

There are many places to visit; I live in Maine and have been trying to make more of an effort to get out and photograph it, but that pesky job always gets in the way. Maybe this summer we'll take a week off and travel up and down the coast.

If you like hiking, Acadia has several mountains, precipice trail is one of my favorites. Be warned, it's not for the weary as you have to climb metal rungs up the side of a ledge in certain areas but the views are excellent!

What can I shoot in... the Savannah, GA / Hilton Head, SC areas? Anyone have a favorite park in that area? I see several wildlife preserves on the map. Has anyone visited one they'd like to rate? Thanks in advance!
