Congratulations to both Brittany and Bryan! Well done, nice shot!

I'm posting so rarely - mainly because of my poor English, but in this very special case I couldn't do without paying you a compliment...

And congratulations to you as well, Bryan. I am sure it is very rewarding to have your children sharing your passion with you. Praise God!

Thanks everyone - Brittany is very excited and says "Thanks!" as well.

I might be able tomake the cake happen, but c'mon pierlux, you're getting me into trouble with the 5D II! []

What I really love about the shot is the angle it was taken from - its almost like the viewer is another butterfly on an adjacent flower! Shots like that make you feel you're part of the scene, not just an observer. Well done Brittany, I am green with envy!

To capture more fabulous butterfly shots Brittany will also need the 180L Macro lens for her new 5DM II[]

I love the perspective young kids bring to photography. They look up at almost everything.

I agree. Give a child a camera, and you can see the world through their eyes.

My mind must have been clouded as I forgot to include the EXIF info for that shot:

    7.4mm, ISO 50, 1/640, f/2.8, ambient light only
