Point & Shoot -> Least Shutter Lag

Is this information readily available? Any suggestions? Budget is around $300. For the purpose of this discussion shutter lag is the most important consideration.

Here is a sortable table, non-sortable table. I am not familiar with either source, but I saw that imaging-resource.com post Shutter Lag for the P&S cameras that it reviews (which isn't all of them). I just checked out a couple of reviews and they seem to sometimes call it shutter lag and others shutter response but in both cases was measured under "performance."
