DPP 4 only shows thumbnail and no edit - Help please

Ok so I am sure there is something simple that I am not getting right.

I have copies two sessions I have done on my "M" and the images are just the thumbnail and DPP won't edit and says the file isn't there.

I copied to a folder w/ windows copy paste vs. connecting camera and using the utility.

AHA - DPP 4 doesn't support the "M" have to reinstall dpp3x etc.

Jeez not exactly a customer service solution - the "M" isn't that old to be completely unsupported
