I'm still sorting through my thousands of images from last month's trip to central British Columbia, and today came across this little gem. There's something about the shot that utterly captivates me, and I'm just delighted with it. I was sitting in a small boat, watching this female grizzly fishing for salmon. Suddenly she poked her head up and looked right at me. The moment lasted all of half a second, which was enough time for me to fire off 4 shots. This one was the best.
