    Love your woodpecker shots Joel !
    Plenty of birds to choose from in my back yard except pileated woodpeckers lol. The light has been almost non existent the last few weeks. Seems like the only time there is good light is once a week while I am at work .
    Still managed to get a few pics of this girl this morning before it started to rain , AGAIN.
    I am headed to florida for 2 weeks on monday so maybe i will have more luck with the light down there.

    This female Cardinal image of yours is superb....love the mossy perch, the pose is great and detail is spot on.

    Though you have to get up stupid early in the summer and the number of birds are greatly reduced. Sometimes, just sometimes it works out. There are a couple of others from the effort on flickr but this is the one I really like.
