    I dug this out of my arhives of 40D RAW files to try out the new version of DPP with unsharp mask .... I think it did quite well

    Joel, the woodpecker and the jay are simply stunning. I can't believe how razor sharp they are.

    Geese a gandering. Are these geese, or are they mallards, or are they dancers?



    I see they are mixed! Canadian,Mallards, and? I couldn't produce very spectacular images, though these are really nice

    He looks like Santa with a white beard and a red hat!


    I really love the Woodpecker shot too, great detail and resolution, wonderful contrast, and a really nice creamy background.
