    Wow, 8-tracks. CDs even.
We've still got our old 2/4 track player/recorder (or as my parents called it, the "reel-to-reel") and a bunch of (mostly classical) rolls recorded from vinyl so my dad could take them off to work on his ship (in those days, away for a year at a time) without ruining the originals.
Nothing like the "don't make em like they used to" crowd...
(he says the day after he's been playing around with his mum's 55/1.8 takumar lens from 1967)

CDs aren't from that long ago, are they? I will admit, the albums, cassettes, CD's and 45's are mine and one of the mp3 players. I never owned an 8-track until today! The picture just didn't seem complete without them! They sell for $0.75 for 3 now! I remember my older sister having them ...they sure are big honkin' things!

I will admit that I own hundreds of old albums and 45's though and we even have a record player! Hmmmm ...I wonder if my Partridge Family, Bobby Sherman or Donny Osmond albums are collectors items! I bought them when I was about 10 years old, they were my first intro to my own music other than what my sisters had!! I thought I was SO COOL!

Looks like memory lane and a potential for sale table Denise, taking some pictures like this is a very good idea.
Took some photos of some of my "awkwards", I call them that because they spend most of the year looking awkward.

I just have plenty of time on my hands these days to go thru stuff I forgot I even had and toss it or donate it! It's been fun giving my daughter an education on what real music is!

Thank you for the comments guys.
The only way is up and down when on a pogo stick, this brave girl was going to try and navigate the stairs.

Did she make it up and/or down the stairs without stacking it?

I've been playing with HDR made from some bracketed shots I took ages ago, I've been trying not to make them look too fake. This one I really like, Hooglandsekerk in Leiden...

Very nice image Dr.C, it has a post card feel about it, a classic older style image, I really like it, but I would say that it does have a HDR "feel" about it. And I don't think that is a bad thing at all.
