Very nice shots Vern, but I am a bit jealous... you have leaves already!

Thanks - these were from early and late last Fall, so no leaves here at the moment either. A month from now we will start to see some green in the tree tops. Bluebirds are starting to look for nests today. Red maple blooms add a nice contrasting color. 5DMKIII, ISO1000, f8, 1/400, 600 II + 1.4X III.

I'm not sure about these, what do you think?

What's not to like? The one in the snow would be easy to screw up the exposure, but you nailed it.

Had to shoot these at a steep angle through windows. Not conducive to sharpness, I'm afraid.

Mama Fox and her kit came by for a bite.

This one is really great. Nice juxtaposition.

Thanks. The raccoon finally cooperated by moving closer.

Mark, what are you putting out to attract all the wildlife?

Here's a shot Magda took while picking me up from work today. This is 20 feet from the parking lot. We've never had a good shot of a beaver before, and here she is with an 85mm, and a very brave and/or hungry model.

James, I prefer the second one, stepping down into the snow. Fantastic shot.
