I Google what the photographic meaning is of ROFMPL, but no luck.
When it comes to self portrait ....there's no one that comes near our Sean on this site....I really look forward seeing some 5D MKII classic ones.

I have found momentary improvement from the application of a heavy duty toque wrench when gripped by both hands squarely in front of me and a rapid upward movement of my arms, bending at my elbows and wrists. It usually lasts for about half an hour.

I have an original 75-300 IS I could send you. It's built-in attractiveness filter is so strong at 300mm that the 7D won't even focus lock.

You never age! What the heck! Anyway, love the variety of photos ...man of mystery, country boy, urban, sophisticated, etc! Love it! I think it's the eleventh photo that is my fav, the profile with your hand on the hat.
