Yikes.....only good thing about spring snow is that it doesn't tend to last too long....

    Nice shots Andy and Dave.
Who was a naughty boy then? Got up to my usual bad habits and went to a food and wine night, for some very serious exploration of wine textures and matched food courses. The wines of the night were a 2001 Chateau Kirwan a 1999 Reserve Barbaresco and a 2004 Gewurztramminer. Food of the night was the starter a miso soup and a twice cooked duck breast. There were cheeses and dessert wines but that's a bit hazy.
Someone has to do it, right...

I think the angle was just distortion and not the wierd angle I was standing at... or was it....

Hi, that may be the same weather that's reached the south of Sweden by now. Yesterday I got some inspiration to take e few macros of spring flowers. I spent an hour or so on the ground and came up with a lot of shots similar to the first one. The weather report was talking about snow, but I didn't really believe them. No. 2 and 3 show what it looked like this morning - they were obviously right. There will be no crawling on the ground today.

    Spring is here!

    Yeah, right...

The warm spring was kind to my weeping cherry tree. Two different perspectives.

    Nice shots Brian and CLS.
Playing at 6400 ISO with the MK3. When we watch TV Bo likes us to watch him. These are handheld, SOOC, no noise reduction no PP at all,the first is a 100% crop of the image. 1/40sec f/2.8. Usable??
