Looks like you had a great day Denise.
Pat, #2 is awesome. What kind of PP did you apply to it?

conropl, great shots of lightening- something I've not yet had a chance to shoot.
Here's a few photos I took of some local Fox kits, the lighting wasn't the best but I am happy with the prints:

Thank you all for the kind words.
I used LR 3 for the RAW conversion, Standard Adobe, the WB was auto and I left it as shot, I upped the exposure 1.15, and added a small amount of clarity. That's about it.
Great shots. I would love to find some Kits to get some shots of.

A few shots from our trip to Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky...turns out a cave is not the easiest place to take pictures, so I had to scrap the majority of the shots. They did not allow tripods on the cave tours, so most of my shots were 1/2 second to a full second hand held.

Holy crap, Mark!! Why do you have so many raccoons in your yard? What are you feeding them!? I would totally freak out if I saw that in my yard! I live in the city and my next door neighbor saw a couple raccoons awhile back and a mommy possum and her babies in his back yard last week. I have seriously been considering packing up my bird feeders since I saw a little mouse (now mice) in my yard ...anything larger than that would definitely put me over the edge!
