    Thanks, they actually do sit in the trees above and take turns coming down to the feeder

    Juvenile Male Summer Tanager. The plumage will become totally red as this little guy matures but I think he's prettier now It was really dark and cloudy this morning and the high ISO had an adverse affect on IQ but I kept this one anyway because it's a tough one to get.

    Great shot Neuro. I have just ordered the 600mm f/4L IS II. Will hopefully pick it up next week. Christmas in June
