@Pat I really like your sailboat shot as well. Did you use a graduated filter? and mind me asking what you did in PP?

Yes I did use a GND. There was very little PP, and everything was done in LR3. The details are: Shot RAW... so I applied a little clarity (+20), sharpening(radius=0.7, amount=38), and NR. For "Tone Curve" I picked the "Strong Contrast" preset, and enabled the "Lens Profile". The only thing I did out of the ordinary for my pictures is I did use the brush in LR3 to increase the exposure on the lighthouse a little bit.

I think it's a great shot, but my first thought was I wanted to give them a nudge.. the sequence of the bride or bride groom combo falling into the water would have been an internet sensation.

I shot this with my 1DmkIIn. If they had fallen in the 8.5fps would have been great. too bad
