This challenged me. I don't think many of my shots are harmonious.. Unless you want to talk band photos.. But that's sound.. hmm oh well. Here's my contribution.

May I suggest a Judge or panel of Judges review the photos and award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each assignment. Perhaps the winners could be awarded a free 1month's membership to The-Digital-Picture.com--Just an idea

No, most of the site is free, but there are a few links involving money. You see those links at the end of the reviews to buy lenses and cameras? If you click those they start wanting money from you. If you could get those links to stop pestering you for cash, that'd be awesome.


One day I own you, DSLR... one day. Right now I see threads like "How do you set your camera for low light", and think to myself "How? I set my camera aside, that's how."

Those links, at least from my point-of-view, are to help the reader make with their purchase or rent decision. I think it's really great to have the price information handy, linked to the review.

Those links, from what I know, are to help support the site. To run such a large site and a forum costs money. Alot of it. A portion of each purchase made from one of the links on the site goes directly to offset the costs of mainting The-Digital-Picture.com.
