If you look @ the headers, the 503s are coming from Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0 (SQL Server Reporting Services), not Microsoft-IIS/7.0.
Before they recover next time, ask them to trace which pid is actually responding to http requests on 206.72.116.100:80…

Sorry for the barrage of emails - apparently that problem is resolved. I do not believe that the Server Error 503 issue is resolved yet - stay tuned for resolution of that one.

Also I personally haven't seen the 503 error the last 2 days or so. But that might be due to good timing.
