Well, I used the healing tool in PS and... wow, cant believe how easy it was. The power lines are completely gone and there are no blemishes etc where they used to be. Thanks for the recommendation, the image is so much better now.
So now the contest begins on post processing and how much fiddling you can do. Adobe has several video tutorials - truly a powerful piece of software

Heh it's definitely a great tool, but I'll only use it for minor things, I'd much rather get the shot right in camera first and see how I go
