if you have an account somewhere (flickr,ect) you can just type in or copy the link here. The other way is using the rich format button instead of just reply. That should take you to a screen that looks more like a word processor. In the second row, a little over half way to the right, you'll see a filmstrip icon for insertimg video and one icon that almost looks like a picture for inserting pictures. once you click that, adialog box will come up. Three tabs to chose from. Might want to use the one for your desktop. Click the browse button. Select your pic. Click upload
