Wow, tough group this week. I have been going back over these for the past couple of days and keep getting drawn back to the golf game. Solid photo, well balanced. The ref in the background was a nice touch! Congrats Jonathan!

Thanks very much! Definitely a tough field as usual, especially with Karsaa's incredible Milky Way shot.

I try to get to the Banff golf course each fall for the elk rut, usually with Brant when he's here for a conference (that didn't happen this year, for some reason). I typically ignore any elk on the fairways and try to shoot the ones in the 'rough', for a more natural setting. However when I saw these guys sparring I couldn't resist the opportunity.
