believe it or not: the CAnon (original) lenses are always a few hundert EUROS cheaper than the Nikon lenses,

And in general sharper, Nikon make good lenses but Canon has the edge.[]

Recently I bought the 7D and the major purpose of this buy is to take photosof my kids. Like other children, they won't sit still and givetime fornice protraits. So I need a nice AF system and quick camera. I have gone for Canon, because my brother uses it as well.


Before getting the 7D, I was tempted (and still am) by Nikon D300s, by its famous 51-point AF and 3D Tracking. I would really be interested in trying it out and comparing it with Canon AI Servo.
