Thanks! The challenge was not only the background. As you can see in #505 I totally filled in the background with stamp clone. Most of what you see is props, which should remove emphasis from the dirty windows and shoddy construction finishing around the windows, the pain is splotchy as well.

Yes, her arm looks big. I thought about photoshopping it but thought it might be too difficult.

the yoga shots were challenging due to space. we shoot again outside of the studio but using wood flooring, giant space and more natural lighting. Im wondering how much monolight I can use without ovewhelming the sunlight. In all of these, the images do not need to be high res, although I prefer shooting at ISO 50.

NYC Half Marathon - waking up at 4am to shoot runners in 32 degrees for 8 hours on a decade old Nikon D70? Haha, I took my 5D MK3 and the event company had me shoot some PR images anyway.

This was the lighting challenge in the gym location. Massive amounts of highly reflective vertical surface. Floor and ceiling were fibrous matte black material absorbing all light. I know a genius could make this an advantage. I could not think of a way. I don't know the f stop loss of the mirror and glass reflections. It would be like playing pool with photons and the 8 ball in the corner pocket is actually the surface of the subject being photographed. No matter what I did, nothing was working. I tried many different light and camera settings.
