    You might want to take a look @ Neil van Neikirk's blog (http://neilvn.com/tangents/). He does amazing things with on-camera flash! He's a pro Wedding Photographer and does a lot (if not most) of his work with on-camera flash.... Lots of good articles there. He recently converted from Canon to Nikon, but all his "stuff" works equally as well for either!

    Hi Steve! Thank you for the tip. I agree, Neil's work is fantastic! I read his blog probably 3-4 times a week even though I've read some of them already.


    Before I got myself a flash, I've read stuff from TDP and as well as from Neil's blog. It really have helped me get through my first shoot with my new toy.


    Well, it just occurred to be that 580EX II = 1000D + 18-55 IS in terms of price, in a way. [] And photos I take with the 580 have really improved IMHO.
