For me there is no doubt:
Buy the 1D Mark IV.
I don´t know which model you have at the moment, you didn´t. But for sport the 1DMarkIV is most appropriated: 10 fps and 16,1 megapixels. I think it ´s the best camera for the mentioned purpose. No other camera has a higher resolution at 10 fps. You will not regret it.
I do snapshots and sports mainly watersport and I bought it.
Please excuse me. I didn´t see that you listed up your cameras.
But that doesn´t influence my statement: I would buy the 1DMarkIV.
This is likely the biggest investments. A lenses can be afforded easier.

We're a Canon/Profoto family: five cameras, sixteen lenses, fifteen Profoto lights, too many modifiers.
I vote for the 1DIV.
I usually sugest lenses over a camera body but in your situation I think a camera body upgrade makes more sense.
