Those lvls of CA are going to be quite hard to fix from my experience. It occurs in the transition from highlight to dark so all the CA isn't in the blown out highlights... kind of creates some strange edges. Although you can probably fix it to where no one will notice it but you.
Maybe others have advice on removing strong CA without ruined 'highlight transitions'..
