This was after the 4th of July fireworks display. I was stuck on top of a parking garage with traffic backed up trying to leave so I decide to take some pics of the downtown area. If you look a little below the center, you can see where a kid with a giant glow/light stick walked through the frame []

In retrospect the f/10 was a bad idea, but this was one of the first times I used panning.
