In computer geek world, PEBKAC is "Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair"... ie: It's user error, but lets give it another name so they don't get all mad at you.

PEBCAP would be an error between Camera And .... I'm lost. Ponytail? Pupils? Hmm. A google search says Photographer, which would imply it's NOT user error, somehow the air between the viewfinder and you is at fault.

To be honest.......I truly think it is me! When I did some experimenting with exposures, it came out "way" better! What a dumbass! What alerted me when my wife was shooting pics! My other lens didn't need as much "fussing" around with settings than this one!

I cannot tell you how many times that thought has crossed my mind. I'm thinking, "Dammit, my lens isn't sharp, I should've robbed a bank and bought that 500 f/4!!!". Well, not exactly that, but you get the idea. Then I realize I have the sharpness setting set to 1, or something like that. 98% of my bad images are because of me, not my camera. Sometimes it takes some figuring out [:P]
