I have this Slik monopod. It's cheap, but works very well. The grip allows you to "fine tune" the height adjustment precisely and quickly. It's not a top notch monopod, but it will easily hold a DSLR and most lenses. Mine traveled all through Germany and Austria with me and is still in new condition. If you care to spend a bit more, you can get some very nice Manfrotto monopods and heads for around $100.
