This year has surprisingly (considering the drought) been a good year for foliage. Too bad, but I haven't had the time to get out at optimal photography times, but I have had a few drives to see/do things.

Time to revive this thread. A week ago things looked pretty bleak. But driving through the White Mtns yesterday I saw some of the best colors I have seen in awhile. Unfortunately, I don't have time to make it back, but hopefully the rest of New England unfolds in a similar way when I get back from this trip.

It had been a long time since my last visit to Zermatt. Though it's only 2 hours away from where I live, I had been there only twice before this week and I wasn't really interested in photography at the time. The three days I spent there weren't focused on photography either to be honest, but I still took my 6D with me. I came back thinking I should go there more often...
