    Great shots Denise.

The Kingb, that first one is killer. Great shot! The mating one is a great shot too, however this is a family site...[:O]

Here is some recent stuff from my deck...

This guy had passed on, but the boys found him very interesting. So it was portrait time. Didn't realize a June bug was hairy on the underside...

This is my favorite spider picture to date. Just wish I could have captured his eyes in focus. That would have made it the best. This guy was hard to catch since he was moving constantly and was about the size of nails head. He was tiny! Used a 100mm Macro with 36 extension tubes and a 1.4x TC and still had to crop a little bit.

Jayson - the second one is giving me the creeps - especially that left eye! Nice work! And hard to believe that spider is only the size of a nail head. Looks like a giant hairy beast to me!

Fantastic shots Jayson & thekingb!! I wish I could get some that sharp but my handholding skills are lacking and I'm not one to like using a tripod when I'm shooting macro.

A few shots from this weekend ...

This is one of my favorites.

Taken with my MD 24mm f/2.8, wide open, 800th sec, ISO 400, handheld. If/when I get a FF I'm ordering the 35 L with it! I love that focal length in combination with a wide aperture.

That looks great John. I really like the blurry background and the dew on the flowers.

Due to our long drawn out winter, everything is really late in blooming. Today, finally one lily bloomed!
