Even though I have barely been shooting lately, so I feel bad making a comment on the page, are you sure (EricPvpi2) that it's not a juvenile Cooper's Hawk? The long yellow legs and lightly streaked breast are a dead give-away, not to mention the prey item. Nice shot either way!

It could be and I appreciate the feedback. I am not sure I have heard about Cooper's Hawk. I know we have Red Tailed in the area, so I was looking at various pictures to verify. It looked like some pictures I viewed, but not others. But definitely real close to what I see for Cooper's Hawk. Thanks for helping identify!
They come by the house every once in a while, but this one hung out for a while with his catch, really neat to see.
