I really like the lighting and composition on the first.

    Nice one Steve.

BTW, I thought I had responded, thanks for the comments Steve and Pat. Glad you liked the shots.

@Mick, That 1st Castle shot on the previous page is exceptional! I can't stop looking at it.

@Brant, I love the composition of your 1st shot with the fence, and I also like the warmer, softer, lighting of the second shot!

@Steve, I'm digging the composition and mood of that Pier!

I agree with everything that Richard said about the recent posts here. I'll try to maintain the standard with some recent holiday snaps from a week in the Inner Hebrides, off the west coast of Scotland.

Great shots Andy, nice exposure control all the way through.
I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I hate it when I wake up too early. And as I get older it happens too often. This was a cold and foggy saturday morning at Wellington Point.

Great shots Andy and Steve! And Steve, that shot was worth the early rise. Beautiful.

Beautiful shot. Great colors, composition, and use of leading lines. Just a great scene.

I love the early morning. The light is great, and you do not have to worry about crowds. If it didn't have to happen when the bed feels so good it would be perfect.
