I liked the expression in the 2nd one. There are a couple elements to the background where people's heads are cut off. I understand it's hard to nail that in a servo situation. You may want to crop to avoid the red barrel and make sure her expression is the first thing someone's eye goes to.

thanks for the comment Dave ! i cropped it a little differently. what do you think ? the colors looked fine on my laptop but it looks overexposed on my desktop monitor. how does it look on your end ? i dont know which monitor to believe lol

Nicely done, I think you've made a nice improvement! Exposure looks ok to me.
