my submision- took a few steps to turn my 550 into a polaroid
from the other day- F/20 1600 ISO, then processed
This one I took a couple weeks back had already done some mild processing added some drabness blurred it and added slight vignette to go with the 60's vw and ladies fashion

Some great entries so far.
Processed a different version of this one for a competition. I think this fits the bill for here though.

I will submit the first one below. It has not been processed other that converting to JPEG. The deer was looking through a pine tree on a windy day.
The others were processed for the effect... Dr., I hope this is what you were talking about (difficult for a pixel peeper like me).

Interesting assignment and great entries so far. I've played with quite a few sliders and tools to create this image, including grain, vignette, grad filter, split toning and cloning. I never realised Lightroom had so much potential.

Here is probably one of the first pictures I ever took, many years ago with my father's film slr (a canon ftb) that I later scanned. Unfortunately, this look was not from processing (other than cropping), but actually came out of the camera that way!

Here is my entry. It is actually a canon at Gettysburg, but let's say it honors those who died at Antietam 150 years ago today.

Some really nice shots. Love the canon Larry. So, I had hoped to do something specific for this assignment, but, I am out of time. Instead, I'll just have some fun....
I am no Sean Setters, but here is a self portrait taken with an iPhone 3G awhile back.....
Maybe not my average "style".....it was a '70's party.....but I think I make it look dy-no-mite.![]()
