    Cool shot, Steve. Nicely done.

Great shots, Brant. I'd need a half dozen new CF cards if I lived in AZ. So many great views out there.

Man, there is a slew of great shots posted on this link! Mckw, your southwest US images especially False Kiva sing to me.

I really liked the way the clouds set up here in the California foothills. If you squint hard enough or have another drink or two, it seems like the clouds are part of another world up there. Enjoy, Erno

Erno - The golden field leads you to the hill & trees, and then the hill & trees point up to that great sky. Really well composed... it all comes together well.

Great shot, erno. Looks like an African safari shot.

Today I got the chance to try my latest investment for the first time, a B+W ND110. I went to my most photographed place by the shore and tried a few different compositions of water and rocks in the foreground. This 15 second exposure at f/8 is my favorite from today.

Really like the blurred meeting at the horizon, it makes you look into the image and back again

+1. It reminds me of a cloud inversion when you can see mountain summits poking up through a sea of cloud in the valleys. It also reminds me that I need a ten stop ND filter.

I took a short break to the west coast of Scotland last week and the weather co-operated with my plans. Here are some of the results...
