Dave, Very cool shots of the bee, beautiful detail and exposure. I agree about the 135---it is an impressive lens

    Beautiful shot, David!

I took this one today of a fast little guy that was nice enough to stop and pose for the camera ...

Love the bokeh Denise! Your focus was spot on! You reminded me that I have some gopher shots too...I have these guys living in my front yard.

Well, I don't usually take shots of nature, but I liked this little guy. He sat and posed for a good 2 minutes while I had my camera in hand.

Very nice shot Sean especially since this isn't really in your usual realm of subject matters! Also, the Kenko seems to work really well for you! I've been wondering how one would perform on my Sigma zoom.

Well, now that the baby robins have flown the nest a bit too soon and survived the hunting instincts of my dogs, I now find that I have a bunny nest in my yard! Being the city slicker that I am, I didn't know that is what this was at first. My daughter started to remove it from my flower garden for me & something moved from underneath it and we both bolted into the house! I looked it up online and sure enough that is what it is!

Could someone please tell me how long this little guys tend to stick around the nest before existing on their merry way!? I have no clue what I am going to do with my 3 dogs until they are gone!

I had one literally in the middle of my front lawn a few years back and even mowed around it. I can't remember exactly how long they were there -- a week or so? I also think a hawk found them...
