To focus stack on some of the stuff I have been, I usually have a good place to brace me or the camera. Most of the time, I rest the hood of the camera on the something solid that happens to be in the area and just move it back and forth. It actually works really well. This last shot I couldn't use my easy method in PP because she kept moving her legs and there was ghosting everywhere. I had to take 4 or 5 shots and individually blend them together after they were all aligned.
