I love them all. Ýou definitely captured the baby's precious expression at the right moment.

Is this yours? If not, you're sure to get some money from the parents for this! [H]

Why thank you, yes, he's ours and we think he's the best thing ever. My main reason for getting my XSi to begin with was to take pics of him.

I've been waiting for someone to comment on the dual catch lights in his eyes. I'd edit them but they don't bother me enough to fool with it right now. Besides, I have Elements installed on my other computer.

That's a great shot. I'm worried our boy will grow faster than my skills.

Well, keep this in mind--years later, it won't matter how good the pictures actually are from a technical standpoint. You'll just be glad you have them...to look at them...and remember. Take as many as you can, as they'll only grow up once. ;-)

Shot on a Canon AE-1, yes film. No data other than it is labeled as "cute"

Criticism is welcome. I know all of these are probably shot at too low of shutter speed, and some have slight blur because of it, but obviously they were all shot indoors and most only with available light.

A few of my favorites. I had no idea what I was doing when I took that first photo. My son was only a few weeks old, and my camera was only about a month old. I just put it in AV and crossed my fingers! At 1/20 and f2.0, I'm surprised it's not a total fuzzy mess! Comments and criticism is welcome.
