here a few of a bird i don't know, i think they are migrating, let me know if you can think of what they are.
EDIT: they are Double-crested Cormorants, the were about 50 of them spread along the river.

This is wonderful .... great detail in the red feathers (not an easy task), the weathered stump is so cool. If this were mine I would try to eliminate the out of focus diagonal branch that is just above the bird's head then I would make a 16x20 print and have it framed!!!!
