Andy - Great colors with that one.

Here are few deer I managed to get while kayaking.

    Thanks Eric!

    Two great shots Pat!

I am still going through my shots from the North Carolina waterfalls. I got to these two this morning.

    Thanks Brant.

I really like your first one... the detail of the rapids is great.

    Thanks Pat.

Below will finish off the Waterfalls from the trip to North Carolina. This is Eastatoe Falls near Brevard NC. It is actually on private property, and you park at the owners house. I can't thank them enough for sharing this waterfall and not keeping it to themselves.

    Brant,
Really like 3439 on your flickr stream, would like to see a version w/ a tighter crop to the top/bottom of the waterfall and cutting out the bolder on the bottom.

    Fantastic pic.

Love the waterfalls. Any filters used for the shots? ND/CPL, etc?

Brant --- fantastic waterfall series! I'm having a hard time deciding on my favourite, but I think I have to go with #3, for the balanced composition and great detail.

Hey thanks everyone. I am very happy you like the series. It was a lot of fun to shoot.

Eric....I used a B+W 10 stop ND filter. My 6 stop would have been better suited for the amount of light we had, but I was with a friend and they were using the 6 stop filter.

Mike....just to avoid seeing you with a wrench....did you mean something like this?

Thanks Brant. My kids are going to 'surprise' me with B+W 3 and 6 stop ND filters plus a CPL tomorrow. Somehow they knew the perfect gift to get me . Shots as good as these are getting me excited. It might be a while before I get to falls like these, but now I'll be ready.
