Ok, I think the one above looks alittle more painted. I turned both the stylization and cleanliness up. I really had to move the cleanliness up quite a bit to even get this much out of it though.

What image format are you using? What are the image dimensions of the images you're working with?
If you turn the Stylization way up it should look like a seriously wet oil painting. A lot more that what your are showing here.

    On Edit:
Clicking on your images to see them in full size at flicker I can see the effect a lot better. Sometimes subtle is all that is necessary. What I might suggest trying is turning the Colorization up just a bit to see how it looks. That can make the colors really pop, but be careful, it doesn't take much.

Stylization is similar to using the Smudge tool, The stronger it is the more it smudges or spreads the colors. The Cleanliness essentially increases or decreases the wetness or amount of paint used on a paint brush. Colorization adjust the Color Vibrance and Saturation. Brush density is the size of the brush and thickness of the bristles. Brush contrast will make the bristle strokes either more obvious(Heavier) or smoother less obvious.

Are you using Pixel Bender on large files before you reduce the size to post on the web? If you are, try reducing the size first then use PB.

Thanks to the link, Tim! All is working pretty good once again after I made a few changes in my settings under the performance tab!

Here are a few I just did, which I think looks better than the previous version I posted last night...

And a variation of the above ...
