    Well today is the day....Many of you are going to get your 5D MK3...Believe or not....but I'm just as excited as you guys.

    Looking forward to a review from those experienced in the higher end bodies. Played with it at the Orlando store - the "quite" mode is really quite a bit quiter - not silent but much more quite than "regular"

    Bugger, CS5 does not support the new Camera Raw format, have to download some release candidate???

    Yes, either the Camera Raw 6.7 release candidate, or convert the files to DNG with the DNG converter 6.7 (also a release candidate).

    Are the any downsides or potentail hangups with the CR6.7, or will there just be an eventual update that will come available and everything just continues to work seamlessly. Cough, cough.

    I would guess that the issues, if any, are minor. Adobe RC's are usually pretty bug-free.

    Ugh, me either!!! UPS did just drop of my new matching set of 16GB CF & SD cards though. You could imagine my initial excitement followed by depression and rage when a B&H shipment notification graced my iPhone yesterday afternoon only to reveal that it was for boring memory cards :-(
