    Dave, excellent grab on the Damsel Fly. Those are some of the most interesting bugs out there.

    Dave, great grass spider. Those guys are very handy when it comes to mosquito control!

    this is little smithy, I used a small handmade reflector to take the sunset color and make the warm glow on him

    Not much action here in a long time! I bought a used Tamron 90 VC recently and wanted to take some photos. I didn't expect much, but came across a few I liked.

    The bee and flower together turned out great. A lot of DOF at f/16, and yet the background is far enough away to make the subject really stand out. Well thought out composition.

    LOL - I was chasing an emerald bee around a crepe myrtle with an extension tube and my 70-200 2.8.....My wife giggled and shook her head
    Chasing a butterfly to catch it with the wings open with a similar rig on our sidewalk.... My wife laughed out loud enough for the neighbors to take notice.
