I actually do sit on a dock, all day, everyday []
There's quite a few of birding spots around where I live. You'll be amazed how many species of birds reside inor migrate through Orange and Los Angeles County. This osprey was shot at El Dorado Regional Park in Long Beach, the park is right next to one of the busiest freeways in LA and OC, the I-605. You may have guessed that my passion is photographing birds, therefore I go out and shoot whenever I have free time. Plus my work schedule really helps, I work 8 nights and I get 6 days off. If I get a whole day, it tipically starts at 5:30 and ends whenever there's no light left. So yeah, I do sometimes sit on a dock all day. []
I noticed that you shootA LOT of sea birds, do you have some examples of other types of birds?
John.
