Focus stacking with CombineZP
I've never actually tried any macro photography, but for those who enjoy it, I ran across a well-reviews (and free) focus-stacking program called CombineZP. There's very little documentation on it (from what I can find), but those who download it seem really enjoy it. I just wanted to make our macro shooters aware of it just in case they weren't.

Thanks Sean [Y]
I had heard of the program, but I never tried it myself. Mainly because most of my macro subjects move.. perhaps one day I'll get a good subject to try it out []

Thanks Sean. Like Jan, I am not into macro "yet" but it is on the to-be-discovered list. This software looks like it may really help out.
Thanks Again.

I use CombineZP all the time. It works well. The default settings are pretty good but everything is script driven so you can make tweaks if needed. Any image that can benefit from small shifts in focus points will work.
