Just for full disclosure, the cake I posted wasn't mine - it came from a Google Images search, and I picked it because it was one of the few that didn't have an EF-S lens on a FF body, or a nonexistent lens like a 50mm f/1.4L, etc.


But on a related note, several years ago my wife created an amazing birthday cake topped with an anatomically correct brain that she carved out of modeling chocolate. I guess that's one side effect of a neuroscientist marrying a professor of anatomy... [8-|]

I would have loved to see that cake! I bet it was fantastic.


Also, as long as we're going for full disclosure, my birthday was last month, but it took me that long to post it here.(I spent most of my time over the holidays moving to the UK and looking for my lost luggage in the process! Makes me glad I always pack my camera gear in my carry-on. Only one thing: next time I need to remember to pack my electrical plug adapters in the carry-on as well!)
