Won't revive w/ new battery... Left it "on" in the bag, don't think that would have done anything is there a "reset" feature???

2 nd YEA Solved it - perhaps with a new FAQ entry
Took out the SD memory card, - it turned on. put the card back dead as a doornail. formatted the card, put it back in dead as a doornail. put in different card, works perfectly.
looked closely at the card - why I don't know, like I could see some burnt circuit right?!!?!?!?!? - one of the plastic separators between the contacts was broken, pushed back into place w/ my fingernail.... and ta da it works again.
What I was startled at is that camera wouldn't start and say the card was faulty.....
Live, learn, love, and most importantly laugh - I get to do most often at myself.
