    Interesting read. The same recommendation, I guess, applies to use of live view mode.

    Well I'm not sure you are right since during live view the shutter curtains should be open. (I'm not saying you're wrong either, I just don't know)

    Interesting and I don't know the answer, but in my mind Canon wouldn't make a filmmode in liveview which shouldn't be used looking into bright lightsources. From that perspective I would say there's nothing wrong with using live mode straight into a bright source.


    But then again...I'm not totally sure[:P]It just sounds weird if you can't []
