    It is a nice RAW conversion very natural looking.
    The softness because of the thin DOF, suits the tones of this portrait syle very well.

    Nice shot. Agree a little softness is desired in this case.

    Very nice. I like the softness too, but the eyes seem a little too soft. Did you experiment with brushing in a little extra sharpness there? Not too much, and maybe it wouldn't work out. But it's worth a try.

    All the post processing was made from Lithroom 3.5. Not much time spent on it but I will try some things in Ps. Thanks again guys
