    travel tripod on a budget

Can anyone suggest a decent, relatively inexpensive tripod? I mostly want to use it while outdoors on hiking trails. Any way to get something decent for $150 or less? Obviously, stability is most important, but weight is also a bit of a concern. Most of my camera budget has gone toward other stuff like lenses, lighting, and the 7D, so the tripod was always at the bottom of the list and I know almost nothing about what I should be looking for.

I'll be using it with my 7D. Heaviest gear will probably be my 17-55 2.8 and 70-300 (non-DO)IS. Any suggestions appreciated.

SLIK Pro 330 DX. Sturdy and light easily hold up the the 24-70 f/2.8L. Mine is couple years old, so it might be replaced by a newer model.
